The application process consists of four easy steps:
1. Complete the pre-application on our website.
2. Upload or bring in documents to determine the program eligibility for your child.
3. Complete and enrollment appointment (via phone or in person) with a Family Support Coach.

Employment letters must be on letterhead or notarized. |
