Atlanta, GA – January 3, 2024 ‐ Sheltering Arms, Georgia’s longest‐established and one of the largest nonprofit early childhood education providers, is pleased to announce the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors, Owen Hill, Bunnie Hilliard, Pegui Mariduena and Kathy Neumann.

Owen Hill is a Shareholder with Littler Mendelson. He represents large and small employers in all types of employment-related litigation, specializing in complex employment litigation, including multiple plaintiffs, EEOC, and class action lawsuits.
Bunnie Hilliard is the owner and founder of Decatur’s Brave + Kind Bookshop, which is dedicated to providing a thoughtfully curated collection of diverse, inclusive, and artful books for children and young adults.
Pegui Mariduena is Chief Operating Officer at The Royster Group, Inc., responsible for business transformation and process re-engineering.
Kathy Neumann is Chief Marketing Officer at Rent, a position she has held since April 2022. Before that, Kathy served as Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Chewy and as Vice President of Marketing at Carter’s.
