Course Description: Connections Matter is designed to engage community members in building caring connections to improve resiliency. This interactive, discussion-based training will provide participants with a better understanding of trauma, brain development resilience and health. Also, they will receive concrete knowledge about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Participants will develop an action plan to outline their next steps in making connections in their communities.
